"Allianoi" sular altında kalmasın... 28 Ocak 2008 Kaliteli bir insan yaşamının gerektirdiği her türlü altyapının oluşturulmasının yanındayım kuşkusuz. Sadece insan değil, tüm canlılar layığınca yaşamalı. Karnımız doyacak ilk önce elbette, giyinip korunacağız sert iklimlerden, barınacağız, su gelecek evimize sağlıklı koşullar için, elektrik gelecek ısınacağız, aydınlanacağız. Tüm bunların insanın temel ihtiyaçları olduğunu görmezden gelmek, yaşamdan kopuk olmak olurdu. Amerikalı psikolog Maslow’un ünlü ihtiyaçlar hiyerarşisine göre yeme, içme ve barınma gibi temel ihtiyaçlar giderilmeden, sosyal, kültürel ve manevi ihtiyaçlarının farkına dahi varamaz insanoğlu. Mimar Sinan Sempozyumu ALLİANOİ Ilıcası İngilizce özet ALLIANOI BATH Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yaraş Allianoi was discovered with our rescue excavations started in 1998 at Paşa Baths place, located in 18 km northeast of Bergama Town, Izmir Province. Scientific excavations in the valley showed that Allianoi was spread over at least 40000 m2 areas. And Allianoi baths is spreading over 9800 m2. The place of Paşa baths serviced from Hellenistic Period was understood that it was used as a second Health Center in the 2nd century AC. A great number of water related buildings were discovered in Allianoi where hydrotherapy was applying to the patients. Besides the magnificent bath, two bridges with double belts, one independent fountain, two fountains which had different architectural structure, three rest rooms and one fish pool was discovered.
